Another "ballet slipper" doll has emerged from my craft room. Her name is "Sweet Rose" and was inspired by my beautiful granddaughter, Emily Rose. Sweet Rose may make her debut at the Pleasanton Doll and Teddy Bear Show on August 28 at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. My doll club, the Flying Phoebes, will have a vendor booth and also a special doll exhibit table. Or, she may wait to debut until September 16-18, when the Phoebes will have a vendor booth and a "make it and take it" event at the Rusty Barn Craft Show to be held at the San Mateo Convention Center.
